Posted this in the support forum a few days ago but still awaiting a reply: I started playing around with VenomSEO today for the first time after purchasing it a couple of weeks ago. I ran a campaign with the default expressionengine site list and database, got some pretty decent results. However, just tried with the SMF site list included with the DMF database.. so far I'm at like 500 errors and 30 awaiting verification. Am I doing something wrong? Also tried another SMF list of 11k sites that was posted here and got even worse results.

My experience is also they do not respond or not good because there are several posts open and then it is very strange that they ask to send them a PM. I hope as customer that the service/suport will be much better bacused they asked us to ask questions there and not here.

Nice going, oyeah22, who gave me a random neg rep with message 'lol' for this post. I guess you missed the post where usernames are now public and rep abuse will no longer be tolerated.

You have our emails, it's been posted multiple times..and I tell everyone were also busy finishing up Pro for it to be released so if somehow your question slips threw the cracks email us..Paincake & Myself contacts are list in the support forum.
 
I'm sorry GreenGoblin, we can understand that you are busy with creating and optimizing the software but that does not mean that you must not support your current customers.
When you check regularly then you will see that there are always posts open for several days....I really hope that that will be improved so you guys will be proactive for that part also because on this forum you post regularly, why then not on your own forum. I'm sure more people think like this.

I post here regularly because this is a sales thread, it's not ment for tech support, as I said before if you have question or concerns that do not get answered in the support forum you are more then welcome to email us our contacts are in the forum. I have yet to get a PM or email from you directly about any concern that you may have I just keep seeing you express personal issues with tech support when I already stated to you numerous times before you can email us, again if you "DO NOT" get a question or concern resolved in the support forum email us our contacts are in the support forum, or your are more then welcome to PM me here or the support forum.

Hi, I downloaded Venom, but it won't run.. Keeps cancelling before it runs? Any help?
 
Got it, had a blonde moment. My home computer is 64 bit, but I loaded this on a VPS.. DUH.. Thats why it would'nt load.. VPS is 32 bit
 
Sorry if this was addressed, but there are over 1000 posts here... Under help, the manual is coded? How can I de-code this and get it in english? Is that the only step by step instructions? I feel like a hooker in church....Lost..
