No I do not index the backlinks. They all come from urls/domains that are already in googles index. So google recralws their entire index no less then ever 12 weeks, and most generally ever 2-3 weeks in many cases. So there i sno need to force index them as google will find them on their own. Also that gives some naturalness to it, because google finds the links over a period of days and weeks and doesn't see them all in a 12 hour period etc...

No, I would not do a gold package for a new website, of course "new" is subjective. If you mean less then 1 year old but solid, perhaps, if you mean you built it this week, then definitely not.
It will take no more then 7 days to create them.
Yes you will get a full report that shows every page your link is on.
On the package, if it is really a fairly new - like less then a few months old, then I would recommend no more then the bronze pack to start. I would also recommend that you use a LOT of anchors, like 100+ and that you link to internal pages on the site as well, ideally many of them.
The only way I would recommend a gold package is if your sending 70%+ of the links to Tier sites that link to your money site. Even bronze at 15K links I would recommend using a few tiers sites in there, as 15K links is quite a lot for a new site.

Haha, no need to mask the TID for my service. With some services/programs the TID is used as an identification number or for licensing details. Thus if someone had your TID, your email address, your name etc... they could essentially steal your order and change links to thier own, or steal your software license etc...
However with my service I don't use it as identifiable data in such a way that someone could use it against you. I suppose if they had your TID, and they hacked your email account and sent me an order update and said, change all the links being built to X and they sent it from your email address, and gave me all your info then they could steal your order. But the biggest order is $85 one time and a crook that is that good is going to just steal your credit card and go buy whatever they want and not worry about this, its just not realistic. I mean your bank could be hacked tomorrow and lose your info, or stores you shop at, whatever.
So anyway, for my service your TID doesn't need masked, but honestly for some services/software you would not want to post your TID on the forum. So if a software uses your TID as part of the licensing or a service does, then don't share it. Else its fine.
