Live links means guaranteed links, not submitted links that I hope will someday pass moderation or something like that. Some services sell X thousand successful links, but its really just that they are submitted but not guaranteed, live links are guaranteed.
Ive never had anyone have any issue with the service, no penalties or anything like that. However "Technically" there is a risk, persay with using any SEO service. If you give me 1 anchor and 1 url on a domain you purchased yesterday and buy the biggest package, then its not going to work out in your favor. Take it slow, you can always add more later, but its much harder to off set things if you go too fast up front.
The links stay permanently, yes. There is always some attrition, meaning a few fall off, but I over deliver so that even after any attrition that your links are still live. However thats not to say that if you come back in 5 years that 100% of them are guaranteed to be there, but I don't do anything that would make them disappear and I don't take them away.

What do you mean anchors for each keyword? Are you talking about on page, like how many keywords should you put on a page?
When it comes to anchors for backlinks, you can use quite a lot and still be good. Like you could give me 100 anchors for 1 url and it would be fine because google is fantastic at figuring out what a page is about.

As for your free every day backlinks, perhaps you should take your
"Out of work, please donate backlinks" cardboard sign and stand at the intersection of a different forum.
Better yet, get busy and either build some backlinks for yourself. Good hard work is good for the soul.

I've purchased three Monster Packages from Matt and I will definitely be back for more. Matt is responsive and provides a link report when he's done. He even kicks in a lot of free links -- last time around, he gave me an extra 10K live links. The links he creates are perfect for the projects I'm working on and I've gotten some good results from them. I'll definitely be back for more.
