Three things that help me relieve stress are
1. Exercise because it lowers the blood pressure which is a result of stress, and only exacerbates stress even more, exercise also helps the body produce endorphins which help you relax and give you a sense of well being.

2. Laughter I find watching standup comedy to be stress relieving, especially when the comics are very funny, laughter also has been scientifically shown to prevent some forms of disease and prevent some serious health conditions, like heart disease and a few other conditions, I think it has something to do with endorphin production and release during laughter and the health benefits of those endorphins.

Last but not least

3. Smoking some good quality sativa marijuana doctor prescribed of course especially after a good exercise session while watching a good stand up comic, this in my opinion could be considered the ultimate stress relief protocol, the serene feeling and relaxation after a good exercise session, coupled with marijuana induced euphoria of some white widow sativa, bitch slaps a calgon moment like nothing else, and then top it off with some good side splitting comedy and calgon aint got nothing on this stress relief protocol in terms of taking you away. I highly recommend it, apply this stress relief protocol and you can kiss stress goodbye for the day, and the next day, and possibly some of the following day.

Nice. I used to play games a lot before but I find that hanging out with my family or friends is a lot more helpful in regards to relieving stress.

My top 3 stress relievers are Scrabble, Poker and my daily intake of Mary-Jane. Yes, that is a euphemism. The top reliever is the latter. I can do all of my work with a focus that cannot be achieved any other way.

Ordered a day ago 15K backlinks. Got report today. After running through link checker, on first pass it picked up roughly 17K. Totally of 28K in the report, so a second pass would probably pick up more. Overall 10/10. Over delivered and on time. Can't say anything more than that! Nice to know I have a source I can turn to when I'm backlogged. Will be using again very shortly.
