I've used other services which basically just blasted and the links didn't stick much longer than a couple weeks. Running a linkchecker on all the backlinks, it was a cool suprise to see that nearly 98% had stuck and the majority of the sites were older ones and not just created in the last week.

I recommend using 2+ year old domains for the gold package. You can use buffer sites if you plan on using it on a relatively new site.

We haven't had a client who had heir site de-indexed using our service If your site is new then I would advice using buffer sites.
