What is Follow and Nofollow, saw that in a backlinks checker for my new site and i assume Follow is better than nofollow?
Can someone please explain?

Quick Update on my earlier review:
I am so impressed with the quality of these back links I got a few days ago, I was doing some research on competitor sites and my site and when looking at my site comparison 160 back links were checked, over 20 of them were do follow and nofollow PR0-Pr1 links!!!! that was only 160 of the 17k (supposed to be 10k) he gave me!!!

Thanks. Yes, using the link push urls will give better benefit than just blasting your site directly.

The average PR varies. Most either have PR0 or n/a but you will get some blogs that have PR8.
