I tried those and they are as slow as creating fake Fb accounts and "liking" yourself.

Thanks for clearing the doubts. I agree that all the secondary sites like youlikehits add fake likes because many people are using java scripts on there sites and gaining credits. Also some people are getting the credits using fake accounts and using those for fanpage likes or twitter followers.

One more risk of using those sites is they need your fanpage username and password which will have more room for them to gain access to your fanpage.

I wonder if this is a new FB policy against buying fans or wtf?

FB dosnt have any policies whether you buy the fans or not . If this is the case no one will buy fans from FB ads. FB dosnt create there policies which can effect there own market. I have seen this problem even for one of the client who said that the fanpage is not having any restriction but it is only shown when they use there country ip. In my opening it should be some thing to do in the settings or might be some sort of bug from FB.

But any way i suggested you what needs to be done in your pm. Let me know how it goes. I cannot add the fans unless the restriction is removed because i dont have any thing to do in my hands in that case, but to help you to solve the restriction problem rather than adding fans.

You could contact me directly to my skype or gmail because i am getting reply from you once in 2-3 days. If you are in skype you can get immediate suggestion on what to do.
