I just got back my report. Here is my review:

- The report was delivered within 24hrs which is very good.
- The PR of the sites is as stated in the thread.
- All the links were present when checked with scrapebox backlink checker (1 was even got indexed)
- So, he delivered on what he has stated in the thread.

That being said, I personally don't like getting edu links from .tw, .cn, .vn, .ro extensions as they are abused a lot and google surely knows about it. Same with .gov links which were from .cn extensions.
