I have 30-40 sites to which I regularly submit press releases. Each site has specific formatting requirements as posted on their respective site.

In addition to the basics that you speak about, could a VA handle submitting these press releases to the various sites?
(they would not have to write them, just break them up as required by the individual sites and submit them in the required format per site.)
