I received my first two reports but am waiting for the third.
According to the dates on the reports you gave me, they were finished within the first two days:
1) why did I have to wait so long for the third project when the first two finished in a day
2) it is now going onto day 12 and you still haven't sent me my report for my third project (first link only contained first 2 projects)

2 days isn't exactly a crisis,BUT:
1) you said delivery within 7-10 days (but usually faster) - yet you delivered slower
2) I'm paying good money for the service, your best u-net service is by no means cheap - nevermind the fact I ordered three of them straight up. Thought you would at least stick to the deadline.

Please send me my third report. I would like to do business with you I. The future - but reliability and punctuality are characteristics that are non-negotiable requirements of my business partners.

First of all you are probably in a GMT +3 or more if you are counting this as the 12th day. We confimed your order on 1st of March.

And the U-nets them selves were completed the first 3 days, as I allready said in the thread we had a problem with the guy that proccesses our Xrumer and Scrapebox Blasts.
Something like this doesn't happen every day, it was just an emergency becouse our current XR/SB Guy decided to just stop working on our orders and he told us 2 days later.

Well you did get a 1 or 2 days delay for which I am sorry and I offered you a 15% Discount coupon on your next Purchase.

Well some people have had quite good results on medium competative keywords.
Ofcourse a U-net alone won't be enough to get you ranked on the very competative keywords since most people there have lots and lots of links.

My Review
Let me start off by saying I purchase many services on BHW (and by other means) so I know what services are out there and the quality of work available by such freelancers in their respective fields and specialities.
I am really quite happy with this service - the reports are detailed and professional (though my third report was missing a couple of details, no train smash). Communication was also good and available via a few mediums. I didnt check all links/sites/etc - did come across some removed sites/blogs though - but I think for the most part they stuck. I ordered 3x Professional Ultimate Mega Net packages - which is their biggest u-net offering. Though there were some issues with delays in delivery, the matter was handled professionally and the delay in delivery wasnt by much.

Breakdown
Communication: Very Good - I can't exactly say it was pro-active - but it was very good nonetheless, good English skills (yes, this can be annoying when a suppliers lack of English skills creates a communications barrier) and available through their ticket system, and more importantly to me - very regularly on Skype.
Delivery: Average 2/3 Reports delivered on time (the last day of declared timeframe) while third was 1 (or 2, depending who you ask) days late.
Service: Very Good - It seems like a very good service and value for money. Though this is also something that Im really only going to be able to tell with the results they will get me (for which I will post a follow up review at the end of the month or so). Im not saying the service is cheap - because it certainly isnt, but so is generally the case for anything of value. My results will be the true test, and Ill report back on this soon.
