Cnotey asked for a review, so here it goes:

First off, he responded very promptly and courteously, and I am glad that I bought the list as a reference.

However, the data in the list is vastly different than the data MarketSamurai gave me for the exact same terms. For instance one term shows an SEO Competition of 7570 in the list, while it's displaying 54,100 in Google at the moment. Almost every term in the list that I've compared is like this, huge discrepencies. I made a comparison of 25 terms from the list and ran them through market samurai this morning and saw that for all of them. For the most part, the phrase to broad ratio is very close in his list as compared to current results - it's just that the other data seems to have changed significantly since he collected it.

In general, his list seems to show the traffic as being much higher, the competition significantly lower, and the SEOV lower than what Market Samurai is reporting for the same terms right now. I'm pretty sure that google changed their reporting methods recently, so I'm just going to attribute it to that.

Again, I'm happy that I bought this, however it's main value to me is for preliminary research.
