Timer for now, in Version 5.0 it will use postbacks.

Geo targetting will be implimented in version 3.5. There will be a seperate module within the program that will help you build the 'Geo-Script'. After you create your Content lockers and upload them, There is a section of the program that you put your links into for USA , GE, UK, etc.
Does this locker have a way to sufficiently hide the referrer (Blanking), or disguise the referrer (Spoofing) so as to Never leak the referrer; therefore allowing non-incent offers to be used?
Yes, In version 3.0 there are options to either blank the referer, or fake the referer.
In version 3.2 there will be a minor improvement to the faking to allow "random faking" where you will be able to load a list of websites (for the faking) and it will select 1 random site from the faking list for each offer
