It depends how new? If the site is 1-4 months old I would only use the silver or gold package any older then that it should be safe to use a platinum.

Another factor would be how much SEO you have done to the site. If the site is only two months old but you have done lots of conservative/safe link building then a platinum should be safe.

Here are a few examples (these are only examples you well not always get these exact sites):
Web 2.0 properties - blogs, soulcast, thoughts... etc
Directories - ideamarketers, goarticles, articlecounty... etc
Bookmark sites - url.org, mixx, spotback... etc

My review:

I bought a link wheel from Platinvm a few months back for one of my primary sites. The keyword was very competitive so I did not expect to see great results really fast. Before I bought the link wheel (Platinum) I was ranked #22 after a 1-2 weeks I went up to #16. Then after 5 weeks I jumped to #8. I did build a few other links but nothing that have a huge impact. If the site is newer then the gold but if your site is older and has some authority then the platinum.

I am sorry but most web 2.0 properties do not allow adult sites. I can build you a link wheel but I would sell it as is, if any of the hubs get deleted I can not replace them.
