It is really hard to say, it really depends on the site that we are targeting. As a general rule we always say that we don't guarantee sales, conversions, signups, since a lot of that depends on the content of the site we are sending the traffic to. If it isn't something people want or are interested in then our service will probably be less effective for anything like buying or opt-in.

I think you are asking about getting any clicks. Although there is no guarantee but our clients have got some clicks on their ads and banners using our service.
