If not, what is your experience in dealing with new sites, can I be slapped?

My links are pinged if requested.
I've had many clients that have used new websites and none have been slapped. I have also used my own service on my own new websites without any problems at all.
You can use as many URLs and keywords as you'd like with my service. You'll be transferred to an order form after making payment which is where you'll supply me with that information.

No these are not all unique domains. A list like that would cost a pretty penny
They are guaranteed and active links though, and I go above and beyond for each order to assure that you do indeed have as many active links that you purchased.
You can use as many keywords/anchor texts as you would like. It's entirely up to you how you structure the order!
