Pinging is not so powerful these days. So I can say that the index rate is not so high enough to make your site sandboxed. I got no complains about this issue.

Good service and quality, not some low value links, most forums are clean forums where actual people post normal stuff, some are spammed to death like with all services, but most forums are really good quality forums!
