so my first use of software- I was able to extract 4000 specific email's targeting a city of only 40000- Not bad at all. The trick I'm learning is the keyword selection- using "live in orange county" will target emails with that exact phrase- not sure how but it does.
So- step 2 I signed up with constant contact and choose the 5000-10000 subscriber plan- Im marketing for a small service company that wants to target a specific region. I told the sales guy that some leads are scraped but we follow strict opt out lists and the email headline matches the body of the email with a real address both opt out email and physical. His response is if we get around 1 complaint in 1000 thats when the flags hit- but not opt-outs. So its a bit of black hat and white hat.

Where does the software find the e-mails on Facebook? Is it scraped from the "info" tab on profiles?

This is brilliant. Now you're thinking.
Linkedin does not publicly display emails. Social Email Extractor can be set up to scrape from users that have linkedin accounts through other websites. Think of how people would post their information online in a forum or blog if they were associated with linkedin (or any website for that matter). Let's say you were targeting "plumbers". You could use a keyword such as the following to derive emails from linked in users that are not from linkedin.
plumber "I'm on linkedin"
There is an excellent tutorial which clearly outlines how you can do this. Refer to the Advanced Operators Example at the bottom of the following page which will show you how to scrape from linkedin.com in a practical way:

Hey OP,
Not trying to bash you but your customer support sucks big time.
I no longer want to use your program and I've sent you a couple emails to cancel my subscription but you don't seem to responsive at all.
Now I've been charged for another month just like I was for the last month (December) and that comes to $92 gone out of my pocket for NOTHING!
Please cancel my subscription and refund the money asap!
Not trying to bash you but your customer support sucks big time.
