Did not follow directions!!!! Furious!!!

I wrote "Please don't drop off trailing / in the URL, thanks!" with my order.

I was VERY clear!

I wrote this because other service providers have decided to strip this / out for whatever reason and guess what www.url.com/folder/ and www.url.com/folder is NOT the same to Google!

Please fix this right ASAP!

Your service is not only useless to me as is but may even be harmful which is why I was VERY CLEAR about how we needed it done!
 
sorry about that, it would be fixed in 24 hours as it is tooo late in my area.
