Problem with such online staff is we can't monitor them always and they normally serve 2-3 other clients to make more profit - I've experienced this before. Therefore OP should give his potential buyers an average daily submissions which is not hard at all, and people can make their decisions. Even the 1 week trial makes no sense..

I sent back a PM explaining I do not need Seo work - I just need really simple tasks done
and if thats ok we can proceed - Im busy at the moment so cant really type out another email till Im done
so I'm prepared to give it a shot - but I want to say this again - since I currently do this work myself everyday - I know precisely how long it takes to do these tasks

albeit I read through this thread fast, but I only read maybe 3 reviews. None were long term, just a week, and they were some time ago. Does anyone have a review on performance, outlining what was done. Or can OP provide references? Interested.

They were supposed to start today - got an email at 11 pm last night saying they would - I guess 8 am Indian time at that time
Tried to contact them for the last hour as no work has been done.
Hopefully this works out - but so far does not look good.

I buy services from BHW every week... from many different people - they have no issues with taking my money and supplying the services paid for.

In the next 20 minutes , you asked for day 1 refund .
I specifically mentioned you should receive first days work by 8:00am GMT.
In another 20 minutes you cancelled the subscription.
Day 1 :Morning trained the vas explain him the work needs to be done , vas started work around 6:00 PM IST now its like 8:00Am about 12 hours about 4-6 websites have been updated.
If you dont wanna continue thats fine , but please allow vas room to breathe, I can assure you, vas are working more than 8 hours a day.
if you are still not convinced , please check your wordpress post update time for first and last post , you will see vas worked about 13 hours yesterday.

just like I showed you in teamviewer - and worst of all I allowed you 3 hours for this task and 5 hours for another task
and all you did was 6 sites on the first task... which is simple copy/paste - not one thing has been done on the second task.
just canceled subscription and refund my money.

To start with , iseegreen: give the guy some slack, whats with writing so many post.We can all read and would be much better if you could just write one review good or bad in the future.
After reading the entire thread , you are giving me a impression you are intentionally destroying ritesh's service , you started giving him reviews even before you tried his service.
After a panic email from ritesh , i am giving riteshs service a detailed review -
I have hired 2 vas from ritesh , they are working on 6 of my mironiches sites since past 3 months.
Ritesh has managed to get 4 of my websites ranked in top 10 search results of google and i am receiving about 50-100 unque visitors daily on my blogs.
Some add on service which ritesh is experimenting with and is not charging me anything extra atm
(1) he is providing me 1 properly spinned article everyday and is submitting them daily to various article directories. I am getting like 40-50 backlinks from various article directories and some traffic from them as well.
(2)he has also been able to train vas to find blogs relevent to my niche and place well written comments on them , though some of them are copied , but i dont mind as
long as they are approved and are relevent to the blog and OBL is not more than 5.
(3), i have received 2 link pushes with 10 web 2.0 properties, and about 6 link wheels.
and for the record , i monitored vas work via teamviewer for about a weeks time , and yes the vas work 8 hours a day only on your project.So i beleive ritesh's service is genuine , only problem which i think is, he has a slow internet connection thats usually the cause of delay.
Being a old client of his , I am still paying him like $250 a month, though i see he has increased his price to $300

I agree with Baldaris. i have been Ritesh' client for two months now and he is responsive and stuff gets done.
Any issues he fixes and yeah he bonuses too.
He is interested in a long term business relationship, and bends over backwards to keep it that way.
I often see newbs and blokes who just shouldn't be in business here on BHW - who cry foul and panic if stuff doesn't happen instantly. The guys who want to pay the least monety usually make the most noise.
Hey iseegreen, if you want stuff done by western style people who learn instantly, go and pay western rates - go get some manners too and learn how to operate a business and treat people with dignity and respect. You'll get richer faster that way.
For anyone who wants fair dinkum backlinks at all levels, and usually on greenfileds sites without clutter of heaps of other people's links, Ritesh is the man.
