I opted for 7 day va trial , I must admit amount of work done for $49 was substantial.
Forum Profile creation : Profile links were properly created , websites were of high pr and in the form of a linkwheel.
Blog commenting : First day vas did , blog commenting which were spammy , had lots of comments , So he didnt count this days work and gave me one extra day of vas work.
Blog comments were good , comprising of atleast 50 words each and relevent to topic and different for each website.
Article submission: Alongwith the usual article directories submission he suggested me to spin the article and submit it across websites as "guest posts" on websites suggested by Kim roach. Some articles are doing well and are generating about 40-50 unique visitors a day.
In the end , he created Rss feeds on icerocket and ping all the backlinks created , yahoo explorer is already showing me about 75 backlinks.
Overall, my 7 day trial was satisfactory, and would definitely recommend his services in long run!!

They build about 60-100 backlinks a day.
They can work a lot more than what you have mentioned above.

Its been my third day working with ritesh and his VAs and I'm impressed. At first I was a bit worried because I haven't really worked WITH any VA in particular. But I have been getting a good amount of backlinks in each day, following the instructions I have given. I've hired a few SEO services in my day, and they tend to not deliver as much as you want but Ritesh does.
A lot of SEO services will offer around 500 backlinks a month, which means for my website, I would only get about 20 backlinks per keyword a month (I'm working like 25 keywords at a time). But with this service I've already gotten a little over 300 links (spread across my 25 keywords).
All I did was create a guide on how to do SEO for MY website, and also I made a keyword spreadsheet showing priorities and the VA has followed the instructions wonderfully.
I would recommend this service to anyone looking to hire someone to take care of your SEO. Just make sure you set out clear instructions for your VA so they know exactly what to do for you.
