Ordered the package of 800 posts. Quick turn around... think it was done the next day. Five days later, I've found ~500 indexed blog posts in Google blog search, so that was delivered as advertised and promised.
Earlier in the thread, someone had been asking questions about IP addresses and whatnot, so I thought I'd look into that and report back what I found...
Most of the blogs are a simple Wordpress install hosted on a sub-domain. A few of the blogs looked like really obscure web 2.0 properties. There are a lot of unique IPs / class C subnets, but I did find that many of the domains had three to four blogs installed on sub-domains (and had identical IP addresses). So if you're concerned about unique IP addreses, then I'd say you should expect about half to a quarter of the posts to be on a unique IP.
Although I knew this beforehand, my biggest complaint is that there is no report with links given. The blogs themselves are all relatively new (~October 2011) with no pagerank on the domain and I can't find any backlinks to the domains. Without being able to blast the individual posts with some backlinks of some sort (comments, profiles, whatever), I'm now doubting how effective this is going to be.
Not trying to knock the seller; he delivered what he promised. But... in retrospect, I'd rather spend my $25 on a handful of fiverr gigs.

I target a ton of keywords for one site and this service has a fantastic indexing rate.

I see that there have been some issues on BHW lately with someone "hijacking orders", so I understand if people don't want to post their transaction IDs. However, we know which orders have been processed and which haven't, so if/when anyone tries writing us with a transaction ID they found in this thread we know what to look for and will not send orders to email addresses that aren't on file with the original order. That email address will either be your paypal address or the one you submit with your order.
Other than that, I'm not sure how anyone could do anything with a transaction ID, it's pretty secure to begin with because they are unique paypal IDs associated with unique accounts, so I wouldn't be too worried about posting them. We can see through the hijacker's bs
