Once these links are posted, how fast are they indexed AND what % of the links are indexed.

They should all be indexed, they slowly index over a month so that it's not spammy. Lots of times, if the article is not unique enough, Google won't show all them indexed (you'll get that message that there are more but are similar), but the ranking improvements clearly show that they are all getting indexed, just are sandboxed. which is good, cuz we don't want humans to read them!
 
If i purchase package 3, is it necessary to give 3 keywords for my domain ? I have only 2 main keywords for my website. PM me about this please. Thanks
 
How many days is 'normal' for the 'code' used to search for the links in search engines to show results? After 4 days, I have 8 results from Google, 1 from Yahoo and 1 from Bing.

Please advise. Thanks

I've got ~450 posts indexed by Google after 3 weeks and the number keeps growing.

just looked up your code and i see 81. You need to click the link at the bottom of the SERP that says "In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 8 already displayed.
If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included."
 
Ordered a package on the 13th November, supplying my own spun article.
