Ok, I got the 10,000 package for $15, I received more than 14,000 links back. Some were porn sites, some were foreign site but for the most part they look to be solid real links.

Delivered a lot more links than the ones agreed on.
Quantity 12/10

There are some links from porn sites and others that have hundreds of outbounds links but a lot of links are very good. What can you expect when you order THOUSANDS of links! Also, I see that this is good because it gives variety in the links.

There was an error with my first order (most probably because of me) it seems that I didn't put the keywords in a good way in the form. I talked about it with OP and he proposed to re-do those links for Free.

There were no increase in SERP but hey! if anybody here is looking to increase his SERP just from blog commenting he should hire an SEO expert. Blog commenting is only a fraction of all the SEO stuff you should do. Not to mention that my website is very new.

Conclusion:
