Have a few questions regarding YouTube Phone Verified Accounts:

1. Can the Gmail P-V-A's essentially be used as YouTube P-V-A's? What's the difference?
2. Was [almost] each account created using different IP's?
3. Do accounts have unique names? Do they come with pics or avatars? Any other "activity"?
4. What all will you provide? Username, password, recovery email, phone number, location? Can I set location?

Overall, I'd like to ensure they are quality accounts that won't render themselves and the private proxies I use with them futile too quickly.
