Rude. Unprofessional. Blackmailed. Not recommended.
Apparently YouTube changed their method of tracking views and OP could not provide service. I was not notified of this until after I sent an inquiry 10 days after purchase.
Their response was "I can just refund you if you like (providing you can leave me a positive post on our services thread)". How can you give merit to any reviews given to this individual if they send what I perceive to be blackmailing.
In follow up discussions they also told me "It is unprofessional and disrespectful to do it any other way...noobs do that crap man...get real" in reference to my previous post where I was simply inquiring about my order. They wanted me to email them first, which I did - I even waited 24 hours before posting on the forum.
Oh yeah and to the original poster:
"Youtube has made drastic changes to the system recently causing the OP to be unable to provide services at the moment. Hope you guys figure out how to fix it soon."
I had to provide that exact sentence or they did not want to give me a refund.
Just sharing my review of the service.....avoid.

I read this bad review and i am thinking are we doing business with same person???
I was buying YT account few days ago, in moment when YT was cleaning alot and killing accounts and everything went south with my accounts and turbo was cool and did explain what is going on, and ask me if i could wait. And i did so, and few days after he provided what was payed for. So from my point of view his service is big thumb up!!!
It is from person to person, if someone knows how to communicate everything can be solved. My communication with turbo was cool so result is cool also...

turbopugsleylx provided me a refund because there was some issues with the regular YT accounts.
Overall, his communication was spot on. Before, I used his service, all his accounts were simply top-notch.
I'll be looking forward to the new changes regarding YT accounts.

@Real Wolf: Our Twitter accounts are basic accounts including the emails though they do not have pics or anything cause we have found customers would rather put their own pics and stuff in there...
