Are you sure? Can you guarantee this? Even when I use my personal gmail account outside my home/office in a new place, I get the "is it really you? " message and am asked to confirm phone number or something. I really am interested and will only use to make legit web 2.0 accounts. Could you please clarify..

I know. I dont have experience with yahoo mails and I hope its not the same with yahoo. Do you guarantee that as long as it is the same country - there will be no problems with yahoo mails?
