I bought 100 PV youtube accounts. I tried them right after they were delivered (different IPs per login / no cookies / no flash cookies, as usual). 10 worked but if I try to login into the others, youtube says that my location has changed and I have to re-verify them via phone. I'm in germany. So is the money I paid for the accounts lost or will you give me a refund?
