My quick review:
They are a great team of designers, will make you anything you want, you just need to show them what is your taste. At the begining they made me a design which i really didnt like but then i showed them what i want and boom! there it was - best design for my website made
Also their communcation skills and customer service is top notch - always helping.

I gotta say that I am really disappointed with this service.
I really dont like to leave bad reviews and have been trying to get this project done since September of 2011.
I finally had to take a long break from trying to get the site done because it is pretty bad.
The mock up you designed is awesome and perfect.
But the theme you used to develop and create it is horrible, cheap looking, and feels like it was put together like a birdhouse built with duck-tape.
I already paid in full and would really like to have a finished product that doesnt require 10-20 steps to get working.
In the beginning I had requested that you built the theme from scratch so that I could sell it if I decided to.
But you guys built it using the wordpress twenty eleven theme instead.
I have just sent you an email and hope you can reply in the next 24 hours so we can get this straightened out and done before I need to hire someone else to complete the unfinished project.
If you really cant get it done, then please just refund. Thanks.

I originally ordered 4 banners and they were all great.
So I placed a order for a 5th banner. =)
I had to revise 2 of the banners 3 times and every time he did exactly what I wanted until the point I got what I wanted.
