I have placed an order and paid 50% of the payment(09-02-2011) and yet to be completed it. The initial turnaround time promised was 7 days. But yet to receive the completed project.
I placed the order purely because his designs looks good. But as far as my experience thus far, he has to improve his professionalism as service provider. He will have to improve on lack of communication, meeting deadlines etc.
We not only paying for the design but also for TIME as well. OP has to identify that there is a difference between completing the given project within the promised time and delaying it.
It is fair to have delays but it should be within the tolerable limit. Otherwise mention a deadline which can be met. I am bit disappointed here

I apologize for the delay. Actually Jquery is eating up al the time. Almost all the sections are ready. We're working on Buy Now Section and Home page Slider.
