Setup is done manually, and usually completed within 24 hours (as it was in this case).

I do support Scrapebox and GSA and have clients running both. That being said, I have to take action when I receive an abuse complaint - if ignore it and do nothing I jeopardise my whole business as I will get all IP's in that DC null routed. It takes time and efort on my part to investigate and respond to an abuse complaint when it comes in. Just to further clarify, my terms include the following (which no-one seems to read);
- If we receive an abuse notification your account will be terminated (including comment spam)
- I reserve the right to cancel any account at any time for any reason - if you don't agree, don't sign up!
These terms are listed at the start of this sales thread and also on my site.
I will refund you to the maximum of your unused days minus a $5.00 admin fee for dealing with the abuse complaint.

Yes, but for exclusive proxies only - for obvious reasons all my shared proxies have been used previously, at least for something (although they are still excellent quality).
I currently have over 300 brand new, never before allocated exclusive proxies. These IP's are still on my dedicated servers and are part of some newly acquired subnets from ARIN.
