Please advise as I have tried to contact you back but have come back as undeliverable.

Please advise as I am keen to test during the initial 5 day trial period of which the first 2 days have passed without me being able to log in.

hey, i've been subscribing for a couple months and i was wondering if you send us new proxies every month, or if we keep using the same ones. i'm asking because they consistantly fail a scrapebox proxy test (not just the google check, i dont care about google). is that just how it works? I'm surprised the reviews are so good, not a single proxy (out of 60) passes anything, and scrapebox is a fairly forgiving proxy checker, it will "pass" a proxy while others will fail it. if it even passed the "ip test" i'd be happy.

You cancelled your subscription on the 11th July, and as a result, I removed your access to these proxies. When I receive a subscription notification from Paypal with no other email(s) from the user that they no longer require or want the proxies/service.

I am replying the same in your PP dispute. If you're really unhappy I will refund your last payment.

Hi I just bought 15 shared private proxies from Matt on July 19 and he sent the proxies immediately. I found the proxies work very fast and Matt said he would change all unresponsive proxies immediately. But the proxies always work like a charm until now, so there is nothing to be complained about his service.
I will buy his service again, highly recommended

I am not aware of any orders in the last 12 hours. I also don't recognise your order ID, I don't offer bonus proxies, and lastly, I certainly don't automatically send proxies after an order. I have to manually set them up and email them through.

I don't think you ordered from usaproxies.net.

Just ordered 30 shared to give them a run. I'm dumping my squid private proxies since I always have problems with a handful of them getting 404s or IP blocked. Hoping these will not give me the same problem.

Will I run into any problems creating web 2.0 sites with them?

I tried this proxes and find the customer service very poor. Upon signing up I would say maybe a quarter of my proxies did not work. I had 100 of them so I didn't really do anything about it, within another 1-2 weeks about 80% of my proxies were down, about half of that said my IP was blocked. I sent him an email the other day letting him know I would cancel but almost none of my proxies worked. He replied "No problem, thanks for the heads up" so I canceled my subscription and will never use one of his services again. The only positive thing I can say is the ones did work for a short period they were still as good or better than squidproxies but at least they cost less.

IP Blocks are common - they are due to Google getting too many searches within a set time frame, and Google throws up a captcha response. Using shared proxies, you should expect to see this at times. Even with exclusive proxies you will see this when doing a lot of Google searches.

As for your proxies being down - I have no idea how you were measuring that, or what you were using them for. Again as I have quite a number of users, they alert me and ask for assistance whenever they see something that isn't right.

It is a pity you didn't simply ask for help when you saw an issue, my customer service is actually better than anyone else in the business.

Good luck with finding your next proxy provider.

My experience with Matt aka mrankin has been phenomenal. I've been a long customer of his and have nothing but great things to say about his customer service and proxies.

Sure you will get a few proxies down from time to time and IP's blocked but if you look at how much you're paying then it's definitely more than reasonable.

I've used so many proxy providers in BHW before and none of them compare to Matt's proxies.

In terms of how long he responds to my email will depend on how severe it is. But he usually replies within 24 hours. Remember, he lives in the UK so the time difference will affect you if you live in CA or in the US.

Overall, I'll be subscribing to his service again

PS. Matt didn't tell me post this review. I'm just letting everyone know that he provides a quality service and probably the best in BHW IMO.

I did send you an email asking if you were sure that my ip was authorized properly. I sent an email asking about it and you replied saying they had all been setup with the same ACL using that IP. I say this because if I test them in scrapebox it says IP not authorized, so I tried to use it as a web proxy to see if it would work and it would not. It was just before I made the stupid mistake on miscounting the proxies because a tool I was using was not importing them properly. I didn't feel like spending time on it. No worries, I have multiple proxy subscriptions that I am just fine with.

Might be active but not really doing any good. Tried checking PR of sites and kept getting no results, tried to scrape since most of the proxies were not working it took ages to get any results which of course was going to leave me with negative results then tried to create 2.0 properties with no success.

I think you assume my errors to be something that they are not. Time to time is something different and normal for all proxy servers. We will just have to agree to disagree here.
