Hi All,
How would i use socks5 proxies with scrapebox?
Do i just use them like that or do i still have to use widecap and make rules to accept scrapebox.
How will scrapebox handle an external program handle proxies?
The site interface and service is a breeze to work wih by the way...

Socks are good for whois search used in Scrapebox.
As for harvesting/scraping/etc...worldwide http/https proxies should be used.

I just rate this thread with "Terrible" and it's end up my vote kick this service to 3 star. This service it's not even close 3 start, it's more "terrible x3" . Let me describe, this guy just scrape bunch of public proxies and sort it on his website and check em every 15 minutes. You can do much better then this shitty service. Actually I can do much much better and faster, I actually though I can get some decent proexies but I was soooo wrong..
Screenshots. Btw I was keeping my eye on it every few hours for the last 24h the same shit as it's on the screenshot. When you get 45-46 that work you are lucky, I just test the same list and I got just 4 working proxies and 0 google passed.

Hi,
Please keep in mind that Scrapebox proxy tester is not accurate. We have ran the internal tests many times using the advanced network analysis tools and saw the serious issues with Scrapebox proxy tester.
That is the reason why it's not necessary for you to run the scrapebox proxy tester - just paste the "Scrapebox filtered" proxy list in Scrapebox proxy text area, and start using it right away.

I'm amazed that someone is saying this... I've been using this service for quite some time with SB and have excellent results. It's simple enough to set the filters for SB in the system, choose SB only in the drop down menu and then click download ip-report list.
You get the proxies in seconds and copy and paste them into your SB.
The proxies work great and the level of simplicity is so easy that even a caveman can do it. I've never had issues with the proxies and I have several friends that use the service in the exact same way as I do for SB with no issues.
Load those proxies in and your SB is off to the races.

What kind of app do you plan to use proxies for? Web browser, Mail Mascot, Scrapebox, BMD, Sick Submitter, etc. We can help.

Hi,
1) SOCKS used for Scrapebox is good for whois scraping only. HTTP/HTTPS proxies are great for Scrapebox scraping/pinging/slow commenting.
2) XRumer - it's a different thing. See the details here:

Both SEO tools use HTTP/HTTPS proxies. Socks for XRumer will work - but I use my private proxies for XRumer/Scrapebox for commenting only for higher success rates.
If you want a special combo deal (private proxies and proxylist.co) - just talk to me on yahoo or google IM - and go from there.
