You should not have any issues if you use USA proxies.
Even if you login from different country they should still login but depends on what purpose you use them for.

I have also checked with your paypal email address as well the email which you suggested that you got the accounts.
I rechecked with both the emails but never found any information that you have purchased from us.
Also checking back with the sample gmails which you have sent.
Most of our gmails are made on US ips and your samples suggest that they are made on world wide ips.
Its better if you could provide us the date when you purchase the pack and also the date when you got the accounts from us.
Additionally it would be great if you could send us with the screenshot of the payment too.
