Presently i only provide with world wide ip accounts. Cannot provide accounts from specific ip range.
But youtube accounts will not have any problems even if you login from different ip.

Yahoo accounts cannot be forwarded. They dont come with pop function.
If you want to forward hotmails are good. Let me know which once you want to choose.

There are no restrictions with the non PVA youtube accounts. If you want to spam with them then pva or non pva wont make much difference. But PVAs provide authority to the accounts and will be stable for life long if you dont spam.
