No , the worst case is that they will ignore back links. But blog comments are still have good value because blog owner have rights to approve or reject the comment. So still blog comments have good value.

I have a network of websites (over 25 different domain names with different content) hosted on the same server. each website has a different niche market.
each domain have thousands of indexed pages on google and all are between 3 to 13 years old with no drop.
If I order a link package what would be the best option:
a) put all the backlinks on a single domain
b) or spread 1 link per domain.
Waiting for answer to buy.

Review:
Ordered package on 8th June, notified OP via email.
Another customer ordered on 10th June and received report on 12th June.
Emailed OP to enquire as to approximate TAT on 13th June, received reply and report 5 hours later. Was very happy with that.
Had a chance to look through the links.
Checked PR and links with SB, there were a few discrepancies. The ones which didn't tally with the report I checked by hand and it appeared SB was accurate.
I made detailed notes on a copy of the report and emailed OP on the 13th June to give OP an opportunity to double check my findings and if necessary replace any links.
Op emailed back immediately to say he would look into it ASAP. Five days later I've heard nothing back.

Overall despite the bad communication and the under dlievery I don't think the value for what I got was bad at all, and I will certainly give the service another go in the future, however I feel that OP may be too busy with orders and that is why a few errors are creeping in.

Update.
I received an email from OP shortly after posting my review saying that the missing links would be replaced and asking me to remove my review. He explained that they had been on a 3 day break and that was what cuased the delay.
I firmly believe that reviews should stand, and be edited if necessary, rather than simply removing comments.
Besides which, I did say in my review that I would order again.
Anyway, today I received some replacement links, and I now have everything that I ordered.
As I said before, communications could be better, but I will be using this service again anyway, as for the price it is an ideal top up service to add a bit of PR variety to your portfolio.
