I just got my small package, the pros are:
The links have really low OBL (we're talking about 10-20 usually).
They're all from unique domains
Good price
Over-delivery

The cons are:
Some links get removed almost instantly
I only got PR3 links when the package says PR3+

But other than that it's a great service overall.
