How long does it take for the pyramid to be fully completed??

I assume all articles/web 2.0 properties are created same day, does this set off any flags with google?

The articles take some time to go live, due to the approval process, but yes, all the web 2.0 properties and profile backlinks are made pretty much on the same day. This has never gotten any of the sites I've worked with flagged. In contrast to an xrumer blast, this service is largely quality over quantity, and the high quality of the content is what makes this method so effective.
