Hello, how come you force people to signup on your forum after payment? I mean this is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. Then you want people to email you? You should be redirecting people somewhere where they can download their purchase not be forcing people to signup on yet another forum. I am really not interested in what i see there. Just give me my bloody software.

As for bommy88 im sure you all can tell by reading what he has posted what kind of person we are dealing with here. LOL

Tell microsoft what you just told me about there software "vista" and lets see just how far or what kind of answers you get. LOL your a joke. If you would of done what was needed to get the software working then you would be just fine now.

Your mad because you pm'ed me threatening me with " I have raised this to a dispute and will charge back if this doesn't work." If your coming at me like that then well... im going to escalate it so paypal tells you to get lost and i don't have to waste my time on you and still get charged back. Everyones system is different and i bet 99% out of the people on this forum has had software work for them and not other people. Sometimes its the user sometimes its not. Regardless the Proxy Machine works well, you reported one thing and from that one report i can already tell you weren't using it correctly.

We setup the support forum for our customers. So they can post there problem and we or the mods or other members can give you a prompt answer. And if multiple people have the problem then they just go there and they find that thread and .... no more problem.

We did include instructions for the proxy machine in the zip you downloaded and have a guide posted in the support forum. The video shows you how to run the proxy machine as well.

I have already told you in the pm's i sent you. Enough said. You voided your right to use the Proxy Machine and lost your customer support.

You have the option to contact us via here, aim, yahoo, msn, skype, email, bodeezy.com contact us form. There are many ways. The forum is for everyone to share there experiance and what they had to do if there was a prob getting it to work with there machine.

I dont understand how to install this blasted thing. Cant you make it a bit simpler? Copy here copy there, why? I have no idea what your talking about.

Please tell me how to install it, right after unzipping the file,, then what. I'm on XP.

I can say the proxy tool works fine i use it every day with all my bots/scripts etc. you can also set the tool to find proxies at any speed you like if you want just super fast proxies you can set it to find just super fast proxies but i find the standard 5000 ms speed works fine for what i use them for.

I'm not bossing anyone around ? When you buy a play set to setup in the back yard. They are just suppose to helicopter fly it in for you so you don't have to put it together ? No you read the instructions and build it lol.

The software is simple to install, actually there is no installation.

The break down:

1. unzip it
2. take the PM2PAC folder and paste it to the c:/ root
3. set up FF if your going to be using it. open FF click tools, options, click advanced tab, then in the advanced section go to the network tab, then click settings then you select the auto proxy config url radio button and paste the file location in "file:///c:/PM2PAC/proxy.pac" click ok and ok again.
4. open the Proxy Machine v2 and then you need to click the Firefox settings button, load the proxy.pac file thats in the root directory.
5. check the appropriate check boxes to enable IE or FF or both
6. collect some proxies, then check them
7. when you have some in the rotator list then you can double click the proxy and it will enable it

Thats all you have to do, not really that much

I raised the claim that is correct, we don't deal with threats, and your not impressing anyone with them lol. That is a sign of a scammer, and we don't take that lightly and enforce our action upon it. We have every legal right to do so. Read our TOS ! Thats why its there.

You missed something. What about the other files. I get the fact that you need to copy that folder to c:\ but where do the other files go, the files in proxymachine2.2?

If you get an error that your missing them, its prob best to register all the ocx files in your system32 folder.

You could of contacted me for support you didnt you want to be a hot head and try to claim people are telling you want to do and you do what you want...no one was saying that. All you had to do was follow some simple instructions, if thats to complicated for you then best to quit doing IM all together.

HUH? SO i unzip the file and leave the folder on my desktop while copying the other folder to c:\? Call me an idiot but i have been doing this for some 15yrs and have never encountered such instructions for installing something in all these years.

This is just to ensure that you put the correct file location in FF or it wont work. put it where you wish , just as long as the file path is correct. Was to make things easier.

I will say that I really like the proxy machine. I will say that setting it up I had a little problem. I went to bodeezy's forum and found the answers and support right away. Most good applications that you buy online have a support forum. If you buy an application and it doesn't have a support forum be a little weary of it. I went to bodeezy's forum and liked it. I'm now posting on it all the time. I was never told I had to join the forum just that I could find instructions. It's solid and great working software as far as I'm concerned.

Well im glad you found the information. Im still screwing around with this installation now for about 4hrs and im at wits end. WTF did you find the information. Care you share the god damn url? This is just buillshit if you ask me.

bommy, how long have you been using computers?
I've known people that can not DL a simple all in exe from a game site and get it running, or DL a PDF and get it running. Competency levels vary.
Like your hatred of reading rules and instructions. How do you install anything, unless you don't really, since you have to follow instructions.

Who else would go to a support forum? People that need support perchance?

Also, had you read the rules you would have seen disrupting a BST thread is not allowed.

What is that supposed to mean? Why on earth would YOU need support, YOU have taken money for your product, you don't need support, you should GIVING support to those who have paid you. Yes, even the guy who is giving you a hard time. He too is your paying customer, and even though you may not agree with him, you have a duty to pacify him, and try to resolve his issues, because he is YOUR paying customer - a very valuable commodity in business.
