However, it must be something with your account as the proxies are still working fast.

What I would recommend is you log into your account on the site and submit a ticket with your vip login id and pswd so we know which proxies we are talking about.

Else feel free to contact me on any of my chat IDs that you should already have in the emails that I sent.

Besides, in my opinion you need to address a problem in the right place. Looking at the comment, I got so tempted to ask you your log in ID and pswd here....lol

Anyway, hit me up fast so we can get this resolved.

My proxies have been down for more than 24 hours now without any response from support at all. Pretty unacceptable. I may as well just be pissing money away. Meanwhile, other people who I have referred to their service (which, may have clearly been a mistake), aren't having any issues with their proxy blocks. Pretty lame.

The worst part is that based on the error I get from their proxy software, it would probably take someone with even mediocre skills about 30 seconds to fix it. Pretty unfortunate really, because apart from this I've been pretty happy with the service.

My proxies are down as well! No reply to various tickets I submitted, and no reply via Skype either. Time is money, and every hour that I can not use my proxies is hurting my bottom line. I paid good money for these! Some support would be nice... WTF?! Why no responses from the OP here or via support?

I am pretty upset as well. With out proxies, I can't do hardly any SEO, and every hour wasted matters to me at this point. The only reason I went with this service over others, is because members of BHW spoke highly of this service.

But for sure, I am demanding credit for the down-time at a bare minimum. But I do agree with you that if this is not resolved in the next 1-2 days I am definitely going to dispute the charges and use another provider!
