I'm at the end of my patience, please just refund me immediately and you can work on everyone else's campaign.

I was very patient... you told me completion in 8 to 10 days but 16 days later and you still haven't started. I simply want my money back at this point. I only went with you as I expected completion within 10 days the latest, but it's well past that now and you never even started on our campaign.

Furthermore, your communication has been horrible, you never reached out to me and ignored my last couple of PMs to you and additionally ignored my public posts on the 8th and I also asked for an update 24 hours ago here and still haven't been replied to...

I will update the forum when I get the refund which I expect to happen today.
