The benefit will be as usual which is getting targeted traffic from people who will read your article in directories as well from those who will read blog posts. Not to mentioned the do follow backlinks which you are going to get out of it. Almost all links are do follow.

So in terms of do follow backlinks, in general you get 300 minimum approval from directories. With 2 Anchor text backlinks, you get 600 do follow Anchor text backlinks + depending on your niche your article will be picked up by couple of 100's blogs in the private blog network. Even if I take a minimum of 100 blog post with 3 Anchor Text backlink will give you 300 additional do follow backlinks + There is a bonus of 150 links from profile pages..

So the benefit is:-

- Direct Traffic from top article directories and blog post
- Contextual backlinks from blog posts
- 1000+ do follow anchor text backlinks

Why not for the blogs?
This is because these blog networks are not owned by me and this is privately maintained (to name, these are SEOlinkvine + UAW + MAN - myarticlenetwork). None of them provides link to the blog where your articles gets published but you get an overview of the same in your dashboard. So I will be sending you the screenshot of dashboard as a proof of submission. I will advise you to visit their parent website to get a details on their blog network.

Yes, you can use upto 3 different url and 3 different keywords.
