Most sites will have Obls 50-100 , some may have high Obls and some have lower too. Thanks

Very unsatisfied.
When ordering, there is a box where you can input keywords. In description of that field were note that said something "Input keywords, one is recommended for the best results".
What I did I typed in two keywords separated by comma - keyword1, keyword1.
What I received was blog comments with anchor "Keyword1, keyword2"...
Hope others are receiving better reports...

That needs to be redone or refunded because what you received is unacceptable in my book... I honestly would have preferred to use 2 keywords myself but went with just the single. I have a pretty good amount of keyword diversity with other links, but all the same, with Penguin - they need to create a second keyword field and recommend 2.

Got my report earlier this morning for the 66 link service and checked several of the links - everything was as expected. They overdelivered and provided a quality mix of high PR links.
Although it was a bit of a surprise, I noticed that the site that was targeted moved from #5-6 to #4 already. I hope to see even more movement considering how quickly it moved up the one slot. We shall see.
