My Review so far:
The original report that was sent over had links that pointed to places where there was no backlink to my site as well as ones that had messed up anchor text.
I requested that these be done again (as some were PR5) and service provider agreed and said he would redo them and would send me the report in a couple of days.
It has now been almost 10 days, I sent him another email a couple of days ago with no reply!!! Not very happy with the service so far, at all!

Happy to change this post if problem is resolved!
