Initial Review:
Delivered on time and the report included the precise location of my comment and the PR of the page.
I got the ultimate package which includes 165 links in total - links got over delivered as I got 227. I used Scrapbox LinkChecker and I found 192 of the links.
There were some errors however, so I checked all those manually and found that there were an additional 12 links - so I in actual fact got 204 links in total (as per my checking a day after report was received).

My only gripe was that even though many links were over delivered on, some comments didnt stick. Luckily the report had the PR's as well as how many links he overdelivered on per PR category. With all the over delivery, I still got more than what I paid for in all the PR categories EXCEPT the PR7 comment category.

I brought this to imcool2121's attention and within a day he delivered my PR7 comment with an extra PR7 comment (so once again, over delivered).

Very happy with this service and will definately use it again once I get some more $ :)
