I'm a little late to comment, but rugbyman's service is very good. He offers advice on how to adjust your campaign before he runs it if he spots anything that would make your bookmark less effective than it could be with specific pointers on what you need to adjust.

Turn around time was within 24 hrs for me and you can find a short version of his list on his website. The sites range as high as PR8 so there's a nice mixture of sites in there from some not so well known to very well known bookmarking sites.

Would I use the service again? You bet I will.
