can you let me know, please, if you have windows vps so I can run clad on it
I tried that code and it said that the promotion was over....
Anyway, I went ahead and ordered a VPS. Does it really take 1 to 3 days to get it up? My Godaddy servers, which I dislike, only took around 4 hours to get up. Any way to speed this up? Also, you should post a timeframe with your offers.
I am looking forward to my serverI have heard good things

Hey djeuro, are you going to comment on what I posted above? Any input? Also, I have not received the VPS I ordered on Saturday AM..... It has been 5 days since the order...... tomorrow AM will be the 6th day......
As our website clearly states, and as we have already replied to you multiple times, it takes around 1-3 business days to setup a server.
Our main VPS node is currently under DDOS attack which is slowing down our order process/
It appears I am not the only one having issues here. Same thing... live chat got taken off the site and there are no replies to support tickets (maybe "good support" is not something you should not promote yourself with at this point and time).
Also... my VPS has been down for a few days... the 99.9% uptime goes out the window too.
All in all... I was very impressed with your service up until now. Heck... I am even promoting you on my blog but right now I feel like I have been left out to dry. Could you do something to get the VPS back online again? It has been a few days and my customers are getting impatient (as am I).
Again, I will remain a loyal customer as long as I get what I pay for.
Thanks in advance!
djeuro, your website does not state the issues, instead you asked me to "check your twitter page", WTF is that? Why can't you just state that you are having issues, instead of sending me to your twitter page with 5 followers... Or you could post here, in your sales thread, that you have issues. That would be the 1st place I would post. Instead of a twitter page where no one is going to look.
I am extremely disappointed with your lack of service. Support tickets take 24 hours for you to respond.
1-3 business days would have put me in my VPS on Wednesday at the latest. The minute you had your DDOS attack, you should have sent emails to all of your customers, letting them know that you have problems, and a timeframe as to when they should expect it to come back online.
You should also apologize to your customers, for the downtime. Yes, we all know that it is out of your control, but it is YOUR network, and YOUR service.
I am in the service industry, and the last thing that I would ever do is be rude or unapologetic to my customers for an issue that they have no control over.
I would not recommend your service to anyone. It is clear that you and your company lack respect for their customers. Reputation is everything in the service industry.
I never received my VPS, and I would like a full refund.
Hi,
I'm interested in buying your service. I have > 200 clients, most of them always send bulk emails. In what countries the servers located? Do you provide cPanel if I buy a dedicated? Do you provide back-up? What kind of back-up is it?
Thanks
