Can I host websites on this server and not get flagged? Does it come with cloak so when i splog and nuking wont effect my websites?

But a friend of mine got one server with these guys and he says it rocks, so if you can/want to pay with paypal, go for it ;-)

Finally I managed to find a 99% BP host in netherlands that accpept all the payment methods that I spoke about, it's more convenient for me.

If I buy a server I'll be using proxies for the temp-bans from google using scrapebox / perma-ban from xrumer, since I'm using proxies does it matter if I go with 100mbit or gbit? Since the speed the program runs on pretty much relies on proxy speed or cpu power?

100 mbit will be fine, our lines are very strong and reliable and dont max out at 30 mb, they actually run up all the way to 100
