what software can i use to track the rankings? i am already a week in so it will not help for the first week but it would be nice to see where i go for the second week.
Hi guys .. i would also like to highly recommend these SEO services! Was amazed to see what i think is a fairly competitive keyword, that was ranking position #109 a couple of weeks ago, now ranking #9..

I use the Mozilla Firefox browser, and an Add-on called 'Rank Checker' (just google it and download the tool).. very easy to keep track of rankings with this!

They said that they will build links in August, but not a single link was built for more than 4 weeks now!

Sir, you cancelled the service why would i build links after you have cancelled the service.

Here my feedback to this service: I have given Vince 5 orders. The communication was TOP. Speak with him of Yahoo messenger. He is almost online.
Would like to give here an example of 2 web pages: The first one he has agreed with 20 Keywords. All Keywords were not in the TOP100. After 10 days: 9 Keywords on the page 1, 8 Keywords on the page 2, the rest is not in the TOP 100.
The other web page he has agreed with 5 Keywords. 2 Keywords were on the page 2, 2 Keywords were on the page 3 and 1 Keyword was on the page 5. After 10 days 2 Keywords are on the page 1, the other 3 are on place 12.
Both sides have no light Keywords. I am inspired by the service. It is the best service I found. All other was a joke. I can say only one: Thank you Vince.

So you are trying to say that if someone subscribe to your paid service on 01st of the month then cancel the subscription on 5th of that same month you will not do the job for that customer, although that customer paid you for the full month?
I have canceled my subscription for period after the 23.08, but you still got my payment of $199 for period from 23-07 to 23.08, isn't that right?
I expect that you do the work for the period I have paid you, if you won't do the work send me my money back.
Please explain me what you have done for my website for that $199?
I'm a little confused now, but if I'm correct, you won't do the work for which I have paid you $199 and you are refusing to refund my money also?

i also want to know exactly what is happening to this service.
i ordered and paid for 100 profile links, all with posts so that the links get indexed. (etc etc)
this is what i get :-
25 WEB 2.0 profile links
out of the ones i checked 21 are there
another 24 profile links
but after i checked them, only 12 are there
about 25 forum profile links, but a few are missing, the ones that are there, none have any posts at all so they wont get indexed,
25 directory submissions, out of all of them only 4 are there, directory links are worthless, only yahoo counts these and having 4 directory links is almost pointless.
so out of 100 profile links with posts to get them indexed etc
there is actually about 30.
and there arent many of these with posts etc to get them indexed.
after checking my paypal account it says
"you sent a payment to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for $25.00 USD.
The funds have been returned to your account.
This payment was returned for the following reason(s):
did not sign up for a PayPal account or did not complete the registration process."
i have emailed repeatedly, and if the service provided what it said it would then i would re-order, but i am not getting what i am supposed to be getting, the communication also needs to be improved. (please)

1. your paypal situation needs to be sorted
2. the communication needs to be improved, this would help both you and your customers in the short,medium and long term.
