why did you even pay the subscription then? i don't understand your logic for being mad at them, you got a full 15 day trial, you went past it without checking your links and where they originated from, which you should've done yourself, you obviously liked it enough to stay and pay. it sounds like you just changed your mind after a week and a half and are now complaining. I was asked after my 15 day trial if everything was good with my service and if i wanted to continue...they are always upfront and say that the harder keywords will take much longer than the easier ones...i've had no problems and i think your just mad for not getting a refund that frankly you don't deserve.

Where and how to check my links in that 15 days trial?? Please answer this??
Because I didn't get and see reports/links in 15 trial period, you need to go on paid status to see reports and links. The same day after I saw the report and links I request explanation about links not built for two weeks and refund. This is all written in my previous post.

The guys deliver their service to some of the customers and higher rank members on bhw, then they start screwing around with the service, then they invent some technical problems or real-life ones, they stop communications with the customers,they promise refunds to everybody but only a few actualy get the refund and finally they run off with all the money. I was scammed 150$ this way almost a year ago. And I saw this pattern after I was scammed at least twice in this forum. SO beware on what you are paying for. Ask a lot of questions and if you dont get the answers you are looking for, dont pay for anything. This is my suggestion. I hope im wrong and paranoid, and my appolgies in advance for the users that deliver this service for talking paranoid s*it in here.

Well he just told me he sent me a copy of a report but he did not. The last email he sent was telling me he will try to get it to me ASAP. That was 3 days ago. I am still going to wait patiently because i know it is easy to get behind and i think he is in a different country so you are also going to be a half day later. I still post my review once i find out how it is going.

There is no scam, going on here mate, we have ranked over 30 websites in the last 45 days on BHW, 95% of our clients have been putting good reviews on BHW, so don't comment until you read the whole thread.

This guy "dohc22" threatened us to post a bad review on BHW or we refund his money, with this attitude and this threats he was giving us, we had to take him to the forum. We have already mentioned, if you don't like the service cancel any time.

We have already refunded for over 2 BHW members, but then we caught a person playing games with us. What he did is signed up from a different primary paypal email and contact us from a different email address for a different website each month.

We thinking he is a new customer gave him a free trial, after every 30 day he used to cancel the service. This way he got over 5 months worth the service free. So we had to take up the decision, we wont be refunding money after the trial is over. If you dont like the service, cancel before the 15 day's trial or ask us to extend the trial we are open to every thing.

Yes if we don't provide the service we will refund for sure.

Update and 2nd review:

OK guys I don't know if I just got lucky with the great communication or what cause there seems to be alot of people bitching about communication and reports.

I will say that Vince contacts me at least once every 3 days if not more and is always friendly and helpful. He normally contact me through G talk which may help some of you with the communication breakdown.

They are working on I believe 5 sites for me now. Again it's very hard for me to judge exactly how good the service is working as we are doing our own promotion as well but I would say that at least 50% of all new links are coming from them.

My first site I had them working on is in top 10 out of 7 total KW phrases.

My other sites which are local sites are slowly and steadily climbing the SERPs. I have one that was outside of 200 for all my KW's and am now in the high 20's and 30's for half the terms.

I still don't completely understand their schedule but that is somewhat irrelevant when all I'm really looking for is results.

From the way it sounds they build links for a week or 2, let them sit for a week, then they work on indexing all the links. I don't know the exact schedule but from what I understand this is pretty close.

Most of my local keywords are in the 75,000 range of exact match competition.

I hope this helps some of you. I still highly recommend and hope that any communication issues are worked out. I plan on adding about 5 sites per week soon if I can afford it for a total of 85 sites using this service if that says anything.

Also, for my first month on my first site we had about 600 new links indexed.

You know, you can't make everybody happy. But I sure am. I'm beginning to sound like a big commercial for Vince and his team, but I wrote one of the first great reviews for him, and i just wanted to let you guys know, that i'm still using his services, and I'm still EXTREMELY pleased.

I now have around 10 sites with mickeyd8s, and I'm adding more every week. He hasn't let me down yet! I'm not some BHW big shot with a bunch of posts or anything, but I've been in ecommerce for a long time. Probably just about as long as anyone here. I had one of the first auctions online, and sold beanie babies and sports cards on the newsgroups before that.

Here are just some of the results Vince has gotten for me and my clients.

Got my graphic designer to #1 for "(insert city here) graphic design" for a major U.S. city in 4 days. 30 days later, ALL 10 keywords are in the top 10.

Got my local plastic surgeon to #1 for all 10 of his keywords in 4 or 5 days. Since then, we've expanded the package to other keywords, and have probably 30-50 keywords on page 1.

He he increased the rankings of my "bread and butter" ecommerce store dramatically. 30 phrases all between 1 and 10 on the first page.

My secondary ecommerce store we did a 10 keyword package. . . All are in the top 6.

Another of my ecommerce stores started of slowly, but rocketed up the rankings this week.

I have a medical client. All 10 of their keywords are in the top 5.

He took my repair guy to page 1, in less than a week for 3 of his major keywords.

I could go on and on about the other sites that are all doing great. Some of these rankings happened overnight, and some took more time, but they happened.

Seriously, i'm greedy, and wish i could keep him all to myself. but I just read some experiences that just don't sound at all like the experience i've had with Vince, so i had to speak up.

Is it perfect? No. There have been times i've asked him to get back to me on keywords or a report or something, and he hasn't gotten back to me for a few days, or sometimes not at all. Hell, sometimes, he even forgets to invoice me. . . . yet, the work still gets done. But you know what. . . I can live with that, as long as I'm getting results. And I'm definitely getting results. Honestly, I don't need the reports. I run ranking reports on my sites once a week anyway.

And like the previous poster, it is VERY common for him to message me on gtalk nearly every day, or every other day.

You know. . . I'm not worried that Vince might disappear one day and take my money. I'm more worried that he might disappear, and i'll have to build and train a new team, or even WORSE. . . I'll have to go back to doing this tedious crap myself. . .

Please explain here what can you loose for that 3 working days, where no links are built anyway?
For what work I'm trying to scam you exactly by my refund?
What did you do for that 3 working days that have so much value that you can't issue a refund?

Mate, Its not about the 3 days its about the company policy. You could have stopped the service the day trial ended. You emailed us that you are interested in moving further with the service. Once that is said we started indexing your links. Thats where the the real SEO is, getting the links indexed.

Mate, Its not about the 3 days its about the company policy. You could have stopped the service the day trial ended. You emailed us that you are interested in moving further with the service. Once that is said we started indexing your links. Thats where the the real SEO is, getting the links indexed.

I couldn't stop service until I saw the report and links you have built, when I saw report I have requested refund.

OK, since obviously you don't want to refund me, I will wait until my paid subscription with your company ends on 23.08., to see the whole link building process in that paid subscription period, how many links you are going to build in that 30 days and in which way. Will report here.

My main ecommerce store is 10+ years old. It already had a few links, but not a good "mix" of links. I just don't think we ever built links before on a consistent basis. Mostly ezine articles and a few squidoo and hubpages. We are in a niche with thousands of similar stores, going for pretty competitive keywords.

. The secondary store is about a a year old. The other ecommerce store mentioned i brand new. The client sties are a mix of a couple of years old, to brand new.

Your always going to find people who are unhappy with a service but the fact that 1 bad comment comes out of 6 pages thats fairly good in my opinion.

Who cares how they build the links, at the end of the day if he can attain the rankings you need whats the matter? I plan on using this service for a long time and have over 12 sites maybe more with Vince at this stage. Im also going to be adding hopefully at least another 25 monthly with him.

The fact that I saw in one comment that someone is hoping to hand over a total of 85 sites to vince in the future just shows the work rate and the fact that these guys get results!

Let me put it this way if your site is in a niche and its competing with one of my sites thats handed over to vince and his team - well your screwed!

All of my sites passed over to this team have achieved top rankings - every single one of them.
