We are giving 15 days trial so that you can experience the service before paying for it. If you don't cancel the service before the trial is over no refund will be made. Please understand we are putting in lots of effort getting the links up. People here after getting the links for the whole month are asking for refund. We have decided not to refund after you have decided to move further.
Subscription will be canceled and no further payments will be taken.

This is my review:
Before you decide to go with their service I just want you to know how this operation is working and how they build your links, also about communication and how they treat their customers.
I signed up for 15 day trial 07.07. and going to paid status on 23.07.
They said that I will receive report on monday 26.07., but nothing.
I sent email on 27.07. asking for my report and next day 28.07. they send me link to my report.
I'm in this SEO business for about 10+ years now and I know my shit, so as soon as I got report 28.07. I saw some things that bother me(how links are built) and I sent them mail right away, same day on 28.07.
This is my email to them:
"I have subscribed 07.07. and going to paid status on 23.07., but I can see last links are mainly made on 13.07 and some 19.07., mainly all before 13.07....
So there was no links builded for my website for about 2 weeks now?
Can you explain this please?"
So manly all links are done on 13.07. and no links are built for about 2 weeks, but I need a constant flow of backlinks at least every week to my site.
I couldn't mail them before about this because they don't send you report utill you go to paid status(this is a cath also), but right after I got report on 28.07. and saw that this link building is wrong for my website, I sent them mail asking them that they explain why they didn't build links for my website for past 2 weeks.
I dind't got any reply from them, then after a few more emails and asking for the refund they replied my email finaly.
their email:
"This is the way we work, we build major links in first 10-15 days and then work on getting them indexed. because untill we make the links indexed there is fun of making new links
New links will be build in Aug again, right now working on getting the links indexed."
I respond that I don't like the way they build links and because all of my links are made in 15 day trial that I want a refund, basically they didn't build any new links after I moved to paid status.
Then they said that if I want refund all links must be deleted.
I said ofcourse, delete them I don't need them and please refund my money.
Then they said that "Refund need to be authorized from the manager, Give us 24 hrs."
OK, I waited for that 24 hours and ask about my refund and they said "Still no decision made".
I reply them that if I don't get my money back than I will write review here about my experience with them and will file paypal dispute.
This post is not about bitching for money, I have been in some very bad situations in my life, so this is not about money any more, this a matter of principles and their relationship to their customers.
When they need you(your money) the communication is great, but when you need something then they ignoring you, in my book this is very unprofessional business practice, something like kids play.
Let me explain what is here all about:
You give them your keywords, then they pick up only keywords that are easiest to rank for(with less competition), OK that is fine...
Ah yes, also just to mention that they wanted to move me at higher $$$ package for less keywords and they setup paypal subscription to every 15 days, WTF??? After I have said that im in $199 category and that subscription is for every 30 days instead every 15 days, finaly they change that. SO BE AWARE ABOUT THIS TO, CHECK YOUR SUBSCRIPTION!
They say you will get 15 days trial, then they build some links to your website in that 15 days trial, manly lnks are done in one or few days in that 15 time period, about 50% of links are from profile pages and your keywords/urls are mixed up with other people urls on that profiles, other 50% of links are from social sites and blog entries, but note that 20% (maybe more of links and pages are broken and not working)
Because they have selected easy keywords in the first place, you will see some movement for keywords with less competition in that 15 days trial and when you decide to go on paid status, then no more links are made for about 2-3 weeks maybe more, then eventually they would build some more in last week, so you stay subscribed for another month.
My website needs a constant flow of backlinks at least every week, that why I have subscribed for this service in the first place, after I saw report I realize that this service in not right for me and ask for refund, which they first ignored and then refuse to refund, which I don't understand because all the links are done in 15 days trial, so no loss for them?
As I said before this is not about money any more, I have lost more valuable things in my life, I just want you all BHW members to know what you are dealing with here, before you decide to go for this service.

why did you even pay the subscription then? i don't understand your logic for being mad at them, you got a full 15 day trial, you went past it without checking your links and where they originated from, which you should've done yourself, you obviously liked it enough to stay and pay. it sounds like you just changed your mind after a week and a half and are now complaining. I was asked after my 15 day trial if everything was good with my service and if i wanted to continue...they are always upfront and say that the harder keywords will take much longer than the easier ones...i've had no problems and i think your just mad for not getting a refund that frankly you don't deserve.
